Elizabeth has been looking really tired and worn out lately, but now she is getting all dolled up again thanks to her owners Natalie and Shawn!
I was wandering around town a couple of weeks ago, after all the rain we had, and I decided to stop by and ask if I could take photos of their home. Natalie was very happy to let me do so and I was thrilled to see her outside working on the flowers up the front walkway. She told me she has been doing research on the home and they are looking to restore as much as they can to match the time period the home was built in. It’s a work in progress and I hope one day I can see the inside too!
Chartier Contracting was there doing the fine restoration work on the outside and it is so great to see this ole gal being loved back to life! They are also building a barn out back of the property and that is coming along nicely too! Below are just a few of the photos I took and if you drive by now, the painting is complete and it’s a very fitting color don’t you think?
